The main purpose of this app is to assist the plaintiff or Defendant in diagnosing their case, and to minimize divorce rates by assisting people in diagnosing problems properly.
It is also to provide information about legality of one’s issue, as such if an issue is admissible for divorce in court of law.
It basically provides a forum for the consumer to avail knowledge before making a decision.Divorce is the most unlike-able act in Islam and despite living in an Islamic society, there has been an increasingly alarming rate of divorce cases in Pakistan.
According to a survey of Gilani Research Foundation, 48% of Pakistanis have opinions that divorce rates have increased in the country.
Opined rightly so, since in the first quarter of 2020 alone, at least 3,800 divorce cases were filed in Karachi.
That number increased most recently between January to November 2021, where the District Judiciary of Rawalpindi reported a staggering 10,312 number of cases ranging from divorce and khula.
This product is totally based on the need of a platform to bring knowledge and information to a person with marital issues, needing more insight about what the problem is and to have a better concept of the legalities involved in the future course of events.
This app will provide and prove to be an online tool to assist people in diagnosing the course of events, possible actions available and possible outcomes.
